TOKIMEKI BLUE

An immersive video installation that integrates dance and film, TOKIMEKI BLUE is a collaboration between choreographer Cameron McKinney and filmmaker Cayla Mae Simpson. Inspired by the Japanese onomatopoeia tokimeki, the sound of a heart discovering love, the work uses McKinney's idiosyncratic movements and Simpson's dynamic visuals to reveal the vibrancy of self-discovery.
